Director of Administration

Iseman, Cunningham, Riester & Hyde LLP has an employment opportunity for a Director of Administration. In this key role, the candidate will be responsible for managing the administrative and operational functions of the firm on a day-to-day basis. The firm’s current administrator is retiring.

The position reports to the Managing Partner and responsibilities include financial management reporting and oversight, support staff supervision, policy and procedure administration, facilities management, human resources management, systems management, practice management and marketing/promotional support.

Qualifications/Skills Required

  • Minimum of 5 years of law firm administration and/or management experience, including supervisory responsibility
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Well-developed and professional interpersonal skills
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to multi-task
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Work, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of finances and accounting
  • Knowledge of Worldox document management system and experience with TABS billing system a plus.

Educational Requirements - Bachelor’s degree.  CLM or HR certification preferred.

Mid-Level Associate Attorney Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity in our corporate/transactional practice area for a mid-level associate with 5-10 years of experience. Practice experience in corporate, partnership, regulatory, tax and real estate law desired. Associate attorneys play an important role in our firm and are given significant and diverse client responsibilities from the beginning.
