David Restrepo focuses his practice on health care and litigation. As part of the ICRH Health Care Practice Group, David counsels major health care institutions and providers on a full range of transactional and regulatory matters.
Prior to joining ICRH, David was a law clerk for The Honorable Ellen L. Koblitz, J.A.D., Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division. His duties included researching and drafting memoranda on a myriad of complex legal matters before the court.
David’s experience with the New York State court system includes a role as an Appellate Court Attorney with the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Third Judicial Department.
Throughout law school, David was a research assistant reviewing corporate governance law and gender issues. He interned in the chambers of The Honorable Patty Shwartz, U.S.C.J. during her transition to the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, as well as interning in the chambers of Thomas E. Walsh II, in the Rockland County Surrogate’s Court.
During his final year of law school, David interned with the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York.
David also served as a summer associate with a private law firm in New Jersey.
